Ethical License Addendum (Mobius Systems)¶

Use is prohibited for:
1) Coercive surveillance of persons or protected classes.
2) Social-credit scoring of humans (behavioral ranking of citizens).
3) Warfare targeting civilians or violations of human rights conventions.

Permitted: agent/system integrity scoring (MII/MIC), security research, civic infrastructure consistent with human rights. Violations terminate license automatically.
